- 1 Tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 small handful of coriander, roughly chopped
- ½ small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 65 gm roasted red peppers, drained and finely chopped
- 125 gm cherry tomatoes
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 large tortilla wraps
How to make Tortilla Bats with Tomato Salsa- Halloween Snacks Recipe
Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas point four and grease and line two baking plates with baking paper.
Touch the tortilla wraps with the oil and then stack them in twos. They are applying a bat cutter (or your artistic skills to cut out the bat). Add the tortilla bats to a wide bowl and spray over the smoked paprika. Gently stir them until they are well coated.
Separate tortilla bats on the baking plates and bake in the oven for 7 minutes on every side until they’re golden and crispy.
